Sage and Ted are ordained clergy\, serving in the Swedenborgian and Episcopal Churches respectively for over two decades. They met and fell in love in the fall of 2012 at a Spiritual Direction training program with the Haden Institute centered on Christian Mysticism and Jungian Psychology. Sage and Ted share a passion for dreamwork\, spiritual growth\, and answering God’s call to live with love and truth set out in the divine story related across the books of the Bible.

Before stepping into her current role in 2022\, she spent eight years with Off The Left Eye as a writer\, host\, and later Director of Content Strategy\, helping shape one of the most widely accessed Swedenborgian educational platforms in the world. Under her leadership\, she guides the publishing program and its strategic vision\, overseeing a range of new and reprinted titles\, including ongoing volumes of the New Century Edition translations. Among these publications\, she served as editor of A Swedenborg Perpetual Calendar and co-author of Opening the Inner World. Chelsea also coordinates the Foundation’s emerging in-person retreat programs\, weaving her background as a certified coach\, trained Internal Family Systems practitioner\, licensed massage therapist\, and student of yoga philosophy into experiences that bridge spiritual understanding with embodied practice. Her interdisciplinary approach reflects her academic grounding in English and Biology from Bryn Athyn College. A writer\, musician\, and spiritual content developer\, Chelsea’s work centers on illuminating the intersection of spiritual growth\, psychological insight\, and creative expression. She is dedicated to translating complex theological and philosophical ideas into practical tools for personal and spiritual development.

Join us for an exploration of these two accounts and how they help us understand our own process of regeneration. \nWhat to Expect\n\nEach month we will take one day of Creation and compare it to one part of the journey of awakening.\nExcerpts from Emanuel Swedenborg’s Heaven & Hell will be shared.\nA safe space for discussion and capturing new insights.\n\nWhat to Bring\nYourself\, an open mind and heart\, and readiness to learn and share insights! \nWhen\nMondays at 7 pm Eastern/ Tuesdays 8 am Western Australia on ZOOM beginning January 2026. She knew it was possible – she’d been given strong and deep impressions of it in her childhood having come from six generations of New Church traditions. But it wasn’t until an encounter with what seemed like a very simple statement that things began to open up for her … The Lord is the Word. She opened the Text with this in mind and the journey of her spiritual awakening began. \nBooks that had once laid dead on a shelf suddenly became alive for her\, speaking to her inner life processes\, with teachings that profoundly transformed (and continue to transform!) the way she understood her relationship with the Divine\, with others and her own sense of who she was and what reality is. \nSarah’s passion for ministry lies in supporting others who are seeking this type of connection too. Her work is centered in The Logopraxis Institute which runs out of the Australian New Church College. Logopraxis is a process orientated approach for working with spiritual principles that are drawn from the Bible and expounded up in Swedenborg’s writings. While each experience this in a unique way\, the Institute recognizes that companioning with others is where the Lord can be made known in the midst and so group life is the other essential half to this practice. As such\, Sarah is always excited for any opportunity to share the walk along the path of spiritual life with others.
