Join us on Tuesday, December 22 at 8 pm ET on as we spotlight the In Company with Angels community with Rev. Susannah Curie.

The Swedenborgian faith is a Christian tradition, based on the writings of 18th century scientist and mystic Emanuel Swedenborg. A central theme of Swedenborg’s works answers the age-old existential question, “What is the purpose of human life?” Simple Answer: “The purpose of human life is to prepare to live as angels in heaven.”

From 2001 through 2021, In Company with Angels, a non-profit organization, managed a museum tour of seven Tiffany stained-glass angel windows from a Swedenborgian Church in Cincinnati, promoting exposure of the angel windows and the Swedenborgian theology of angels that inspired them. They travelled across the country and were viewed by over 2 million people. Board members were drawn from around West Chester and beyond and each have a story to tell as to how the angels inspired them. To participate in this journey. Here is where the name came from. Angels are God’s messengers to humankind, constantly interacting with us and guiding us into closer connection, bringing peace and healing into the material world whenever we are open to receive it. Angels are ever-present and offer to contribute to our daily life on earth, and “inwardly, a person is in company with angels, though unaware.” Emanuel Swedenborg

On October 15, 2026, the Angels Representing Seven Churches, by Tiffany Studios, found a permanent home at the Museum of Biblical Art in Dallas, TX. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held during an Opening Gala attended by many local museum supporters, and a very special darkened room was revealed where the angels were on display and benches placed for contemplation.
